The Nursing Home guarantees the collection and use of sensitive data only for the purposes intended and permitted by current legislation (GDPR UE 2016/679), which governs the methods of processing personal data, guaranteeing confidentiality.
In fact, the health and administrative staff of the nursing home guarantees professional secrecy for all information concerning the patient, be they private or personal or clinical-therapeutic.
Under no circumstances are personnel authorized to release telephone information.
Doctors are authorized to provide information exclusively to the patient and/or, with the patient's explicit consent, to family members and the attending physician.
