A constant training and updating activity concerns the whole staff, medical and paramedical, as foreseen by the program for the continuous training of the Ministry of Health.
Doctors, psychologists, nurses, educators and care workers of the Nursing Home acquire the ECM training credits annually, requested by the Ministry.
For this purpose, the Nursing Home, in addition to managing staff resources in order to allow everyone to participate in training opportunities outside, organizes seminars, courses and meetings for medical and non-medical staff.
The Nursing Home constantly engages in the training and updating of all staff with annual training programs.
In the year 2017 the training plan includes:
- Training activities with conferences, external seminars and/or FAD;
- EMDR technical updates;
- Ministerial Recommendations-Clinical Risk;
- Update on the use of the Electronic Clinical Record.
