At the time of admission the following documents are required:
• requesting hospitalization from the general practitioner, or as an outpatient specialist of the S.S.N., or from the Department of Mental Health for admissions to the convention;
• valid identity document;
• fiscal Code;
• health cards: both paper and plastic.
Clothing
The Nursing Home for the type of care provided advises patients to wear day clothes appropriate for the place of care.
The nursing home offers a laundry service that guarantees the hygiene of the bedrooms' linens and is also available to guests of the nursing home, according to the rates available at the head nurse's office or acceptance.
Phone
To make calls outside, a switchboard service is active. The use of mobile phones is allowed in respect of patients and rest times.
Talks with doctors
The doctors are available with family members for talks, phone calls or other needs, every day from 10.30 to 12.00.
Meetings can also be scheduled at other agreed times.
Various informations
In the basement there is a meeting room where some coin and drink vending machines are placed.
Visiting hours
Visitor hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Custody of valuables and cash
A safe and value custody service is available at the reception, open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Sundays and holidays from 9.00am to 12.00pm.
PRO
The Public Relations Office collects suggestions and complaints from users with a commitment to improve services.
The report brings to the attention of managers and management: malfunctions, problems in providing the service, issues concerning access to the service, but also proposals for improvement or indications of satisfaction.
Complaints can be submitted directly to the PRO, at the administration, and whoever receives the complaint will activate the procedure for taking charge of the report.

The Secretariat Office provides users, even by telephone, with all information on the services provided and on the methods of accessing the services.
